The staggered arrangement creates spacious, green open spaces between the buildings that serve as a relaxation area and promote a sense of community. Thanks to the timber construction, the buildings are particularly stable, energy-efficient, and provide a cozy indoor climate. The residential park Obergrafendorf is climate-active Gold certified and awarded the Energy Globe Award.

The 2 to 4-room apartments are equipped with parquet floors, underfloor heating, roller shutters, as well as private gardens or balconies. Large window areas ensure brightly lit rooms.

The buildings impress with architectural finesse and a nature-friendly living feel. Larch wood slats provide optical division of the balconies and a sun-protected area outdoors. The staggered arrangement creates spacious, green open spaces between the buildings that serve as a relaxation area and promote a sense of community. Right next to the residential complex, a playground of about 1,500 m² is being built.

Completion of building part C is scheduled for spring 2026.
