wohnwahn is a private, free project, with no company, no investors and no commissions. Behind it are two founders with different perspectives: one from the industry, one from searching. Together we are building the home search we always wished for ourselves. We are starting in Vienna and its surroundings, and soon in your city too.

Hi, I'm Christoph, co-founder of wohnwahn. My foundation: years of experience in the real estate industry, in Austria and Germany, across both residential and commercial property. Analytical, strategic, with numbers that actually say something.

What draws me most is how much the industry is changing right now. I'm convinced that digital tools and AI-driven analysis will make the difference in the future, not as a gimmick, but as a real instrument for better decisions. That's exactly where I want to start, building innovation into the entire real estate lifecycle, from the first analysis to long-term value, instead of just preaching it.

For wohnwahn that means: no black box, but an honest, data-based foundation for everyone searching. And a partner on equal footing for agents who know the industry from the inside just as I do. Numbers are my craft, but in the end it's about decisions that truly fit.

Hi, I'm Julien. wohnwahn grew out of frustration, because house-hunting in Vienna nearly drove me up the wall.

Portals show you the price per square metre, but not whether the flat turns into a sauna in summer, how long your commute really takes, how loud the street is at night, or whether there's a park around the corner. In other words, the things that shape your daily life there. That's the data I pulled together.

wohnwahn shows you an honest, transparent fit for every home, built from real data on location, climate, commute, noise, green and sun, weighted to what matters to you. Not a polished marketing number, but broken down pillar by pillar. Data no portal shows.

Listings come directly from agents and private owners, nothing copied, nothing sugar-coated. My goal is that you find the home that truly fits you, not the one with the biggest ad budget.
