The radiant townhouse "Am Mühlbach" in the center of the Baden pedestrian zone is an assisted living facility with 27 residential units and two communal rooms. The complex is barrier-free and designed for seniors, providing the older generation with a cozy retreat in the midst of the city.

Included in the apartment's features are a high-quality kitchen, a bathroom with elegant tiles, and high-quality parquet floors in all living areas.

In the residential building, you will also find a bicycle/stroller storage room, two communal rooms, and a shared kitchen.

With the elevator, you can conveniently reach your apartment. Your guests can be welcomed with an intercom system.

Pets are generally allowed in the building and in the apartment. In addition to the rent, electricity and heating costs are incurred.

Care

The project is in cooperation with Silver Living and is aimed at individuals who would like to receive assistance in their daily lives.

The concept offers you a basic package, combined with a service provider, who provides the following services:

Engaging in conversations with individuals, recognizing and addressing needs for early detection of assistance situations (e.g., loneliness, neglect)

Organization of transport in case of illness or for outpatient appointments

Fixed attendance times on weekdays.

Interfaces between those seeking help and professional service providers (property management, craftsmen, hairdressers, foot care, etc.)

Information about ongoing activities in the area (church, senior club, etc.)

Assistance with the mediation of external care services (home nursing care, meal delivery, home help, etc.)

To enable the "assisted living" project, the basic package is mandatory for each person in the community. It cannot be optionally waived. The gross price will be communicated upon request.

Various local suppliers, restaurants, authorities, banks, and medical facilities are located in the immediate vicinity.

Due to the excellent location, you can utilize the outstanding infrastructure of a city while also enjoying various cultural and leisure activities.
