Object and location

The ground floor area for rent with approximately 400 m² (not renovated) is located in the beautiful palace park and was formerly used as a restaurant.

Directly above the property are residential units.

A use with noise development (such as events, etc.) is therefore inappropriate.

The Hetzendorf Palace complex is optimally connected, with daily supply facilities in the immediate vicinity, as well as the Schönbrunn park with its pheasantry, swimming pool, zoo, and Maria Theresien barracks.
