The apartments impress with modern, centrally accessible floor plans and high-quality furnishings. Each apartment has an outdoor area. The staggered arrangement creates spacious, green open spaces between the buildings that serve as a recreational area and promote neighborly interaction. Thanks to the wooden construction, the buildings are particularly stable, energy-efficient, and offer a pleasant indoor climate. The Wohnpark Ober-Grafendorf is climate-active Gold certified and awarded the Energy Globe Award.

The 2- to 4-room apartments are equipped with parquet floors, underfloor heating, roller shutters, as well as private gardens or balconies. Large window areas ensure light-flooded rooms.

The buildings impress with architectural finesse and a natural living feel. Larch wood slats provide optical division of the balconies and a sun-protected area outdoors. The staggered arrangement creates spacious, green open spaces between the buildings that serve as a recreational area and promote neighborly interaction. Right next to the residential complex, a playground of about 1,500 m² is being created.
