The staggered arrangement creates spacious, green open spaces between the buildings that serve as a recreational area and promote neighborly interaction. Thanks to the wooden construction, the buildings are particularly stable, energy-efficient, and provide a comfortable indoor climate. The 2- to 4-room apartments are equipped with parquet floors, underfloor heating, roller shutters, as well as private gardens or balconies. Large windows ensure bright rooms.

The buildings convince with architectural finesse and a nature-oriented living feel. Larch wood slats provide optical division of the balconies and a sun-protected area outdoors. The staggered arrangement creates spacious, green open spaces between the buildings that serve as a recreational area and promote neighborly interaction. Right next to the residential complex, a playground of about 1,500 m² is being created.
