The apartments impress with modern, centrally accessible layouts and high-quality fittings. Each apartment features an outdoor area. The staggered arrangement creates spacious, green open spaces between the buildings that serve as recreational areas and promote neighborhood interaction. Thanks to the wooden construction, the buildings are particularly stable, energy-efficient, and provide a comfortable indoor climate. The Wohnpark Ober-Grafendorf is climate-active Gold certified and awarded the Energy Globe Award.

The 2- to 4-room apartments are equipped with parquet floors, underfloor heating, roller shutters, as well as private gardens or balconies. Large window areas ensure bright rooms.

The buildings impress with architectural finesse and a nature-oriented living feel. Larch wood slats provide an optical division of the balconies and a sun-protected area outdoors. The staggered arrangement creates spacious, green open spaces between the buildings that serve as recreational areas and promote neighborhood interaction. Next to the residential complex, a playground of approximately 1,500 m² is being created.

Completion of building part C is scheduled for spring 2026.
