The apartments impress with modern, centrally accessible layouts and high-quality furnishings. Each apartment features an outdoor area. The staggered arrangement creates spacious, green open spaces between the buildings, which serve as a relaxation area and promote a sense of community. Thanks to the wooden construction, the buildings are particularly stable, energy-efficient, and provide a comfortable indoor climate. The Ober-Grafendorf residential park is climate-active Gold certified and awarded the Energy Globe Award.

The 2 to 4-room apartments are equipped with parquet floors, underfloor heating, shutters, and private gardens or balconies. Large window areas ensure light-flooded rooms.

The buildings impress with architectural finesse and a nature-oriented living experience. Larch wood slats provide visual division of the balconies and a sun-protected area outdoors. The staggered arrangement creates spacious, green open spaces between the buildings, which serve as a relaxation area and promote a sense of community. Right next to the residential complex, a playground of about 1,500 m² is being created.

Completion of building section C is scheduled for spring 2026.
