The staggered arrangement creates spacious, green open spaces between the buildings that serve as recreational areas and promote neighborly interaction. Thanks to the wooden construction, the buildings are particularly stable, energy-efficient, and provide a cozy indoor climate. The Ober-Grafendorf residential park is climate-active gold certified and awarded the Energy Globe Award.

The 2- to 4-room apartments are equipped with parquet floors, underfloor heating, roller shutters, as well as private gardens or balconies. Large window areas ensure light-filled rooms.

The buildings impress with architectural finesse and a nature-oriented living experience. Larch wood slats provide visual division of the balconies and a sun-protected area outdoors. The staggered arrangement creates spacious, green open spaces between the buildings that serve as recreational areas and promote neighborly interaction. Right next to the residential complex, a playground of approximately 1,500 m² is being created.

Completion of building part C is scheduled for spring 2026.
