The apartments impress with modern, centrally accessible layouts and high-quality furnishings. Each apartment has an outdoor area. The staggered arrangement creates spacious, green open spaces between the buildings, serving as a recreational area and fostering a sense of community. Thanks to the wooden construction, the buildings are particularly stable, energy-efficient, and provide a comfortable indoor climate. The Wohnpark Ober-Grafendorf is klimaaktiv Gold certified and awarded the Energy Globe Award.

The 2- to 4-room apartments are equipped with parquet floors, underfloor heating, shutters, as well as private gardens or balconies. Large window areas ensure light-filled rooms.

The buildings impress with architectural finesse and a close-to-nature living experience. Larch wood slats provide visual division of the balconies and a sun-protected area outdoors. The staggered arrangement creates spacious, green open spaces between the buildings, serving as a recreational area and fostering a sense of community. Right next to the residential complex, a playground of about 1,500 m² is being created.

Completion of section C is scheduled for spring 2026.
