The apartments impress with modern, centrally accessible layouts and high-quality furnishings. Each apartment has an outdoor area. The staggered arrangement creates expansive, green open spaces between the buildings that serve as recreational areas and encourage a sense of community. Due to the wooden construction, the buildings are particularly stable, energy-efficient, and provide a comfortable room climate. The Ober-Grafendorf residential park is climate-active Gold certified and awarded the Energy Globe Award.

The 2- to 4-room apartments are equipped with parquet floors, underfloor heating, roller shutters, and private gardens or balconies. Large window areas ensure light-flooded rooms.

The buildings impress with architectural finesse and a nature-oriented living experience. Larch wood slats provide an optical division of the balconies and create a sun-protected area outdoors. The staggered arrangement creates expansive, green open spaces between the buildings that serve as recreational areas and encourage a sense of community. Right next to the residential complex, a playground of around 1,500 m² is being created.

Completion of component C is scheduled for spring 2026.
