The apartments impress with modern, centrally accessible layouts and high-quality furnishings. Each apartment has an outdoor area. The staggered arrangement creates expansive green spaces between the buildings, serving as relaxation areas and promoting a sense of community. Thanks to the wooden construction, the buildings are particularly stable, energy-efficient, and provide a comfortable indoor climate. The Residential Park Ober-Grafendorf is climate-active Gold certified and awarded the Energy Globe Award.

The 2- to 4-room apartments are equipped with parquet floors, underfloor heating, roller shutters, and either a private garden or balcony. Large windows ensure bright rooms.

The buildings impress with architectural finesse and a nature-friendly living atmosphere. Larch wood slats provide visual segmentation of the balconies and a sun-protected area outdoors. The staggered arrangement creates expansive green spaces between the buildings, serving as relaxation areas and promoting a sense of community. Right next to the residential complex, a playground of approximately 1,500 m² is being built.

Completion of section C is scheduled for spring 2026.
