Senior living in a central location in Brunn am Gebirge. In Leopold-Gattringer-Straße, there is a barrier-free residential complex with 27 existing apartments and 17 additional apartments on Wiener Straße, which will be completed by Q3 2025.

The SeniorVita project creates a safe place where older people can live independently in their individual apartment while enjoying support in everyday life from the caregivers on site.

Our tenants gain access to a community that strengthens and supports each other. Through the caregivers, events for physical and mental mobilization are organized, which enhances sociability in the building.

For experienced individuals who wish to live in a modern, barrier-free apartment and independently shape their everyday life, assisted living offers an ideal form of housing. The caregivers on site provide a certain level of security as well as care services as needed. The SeniorVita project aims to offer residents a long and self-determined life in their own apartment.

The services provided by the caregivers include, among other things, the following:

Regular personal contact

Organization of communal activities and events in the building

Organization of services (care, therapy, transport)

Point of contact and first contact person for everyday questions

Support with technical problems in everyday life

Get a personal impression on site and get to know the building, the caregivers, and the residents.

Care provided by the Sisters of Mercy

In the SeniorVita project, living is combined with the services of the caregivers from the Sisters of Mercy. They are available for social, technical, and medical care on weekdays.

Currently, there are no interior images available as the apartment is still occupied.

Note according to the Energy Performance Certificate Presentation Act: An energy performance certificate has not yet been presented by the owner or seller, following our clarification regarding the general presentation obligation and request for its creation. Therefore, at least a total energy efficiency corresponding to the age and type of building is deemed agreed. We assume no liability for the actual energy efficiency of the offered property.

We would like to point out that there is a familial or economic close relationship between the intermediary and the third party to be mediated.

The real estate agent declares that, contrary to the customary practice of double agency in the real estate industry, he is acting solely for the landlord.
