In Graz the zone decides: blue means park briefly and pay, green means hunting at the edge. A fixed space takes both out of your day. We currently have 15 parking spaces from our providers’ feeds, at the prices actually asked.
Calculated from the listings currently online: 58 to 80 euros per month, 63 euros in the middle. A district only appears here if we have at least two offers in it, because a single price is not a price picture.

The numbers are the current inventory, not what is theoretically possible. A type we do not have right now does not appear here.
0 per cent of the spaces in our inventory are duplex or stacked parkers. They almost always carry a height limit, usually 1.50 metres in the provider texts, which rules out every SUV and many estate cars. If the height is not in the listing, it is the first question to ask.
100 per cent are underground spaces. They cost more but keep the car dry and away from road salt. An open space in the courtyard is cheaper and means work in winter.
Renting out parking space carries the full 20 per cent VAT in Austria, while residential rent is taxed at 10 per cent (WKO). On a space around 85 euros that is a 17 euro difference. Ask whether the figure quoted includes VAT.
A space 300 metres away but across a main road is further in daily life than one 500 metres straight ahead. Every listing page shows the location in its neighbourhood, in walking minutes rather than straight-line distance.
In the blue zone half an hour costs 1.30 euros, in the green zone 1 euro; a day ticket is 11 euros. Residents can apply for an exemption permit: 14 euros per started calendar month, at most 336 euros for two years. Cheaper than a garage, but it grants the right to look, not a space.

That depends on the individual case and we deliberately do not give legal advice here. What is certain: a parking space contract follows different rules than a residential lease, among them notice periods and fixed terms. If you sign a long contract, have it looked at.
