City hiking trail 9: Prater
The flat loop through Vienna’s largest stretch of parkland.
The loop without a hill: through the green Prater between the Hauptallee, riverside forest and the Heustadlwasser, from the bustle at the Ferris wheel to the calm at the Lusthaus. Vienna’s largest continuous parkland, completely level.
Getting there: U1, U2, S1 to Wien Praterstern, 107 m to the trailhead. Loop trail: you finish where you started.
