The radiant town house "Am Mühlbach" in the center of Baden's pedestrian zone is an assisted living facility with 27 residential units and two communal rooms. The complex is designed to be barrier-free and senior-friendly, providing the elderly with a cozy retreat in the midst of the city.

Included in the apartment's amenities are a high-quality kitchen, a bathroom with elegant tiles, and high-quality parquet flooring in all living areas.

The residential building also features a bicycle/stroller storage room, two communal rooms, and a shared kitchen.

With the elevator, you can conveniently access your apartment. Your guests can be welcomed via an intercom system.

Pets are generally allowed in the building and in the apartment. In addition to the rent, electricity and heating costs will apply.

Support

The project is in cooperation with Silver Living and is aimed at individuals who would like assistance in their daily lives.

The concept offers a basic package, combined with a service provider who provides the following services:

Engaging with people, recognizing and addressing needs for early detection of assistance situations (for example, loneliness, neglect)

Organization of transport in case of illness or for outpatient appointments

Fixed presence times on weekdays.

Interfaces between those seeking help and professional service providers (property management, craftsmen, hairdressers, foot care, etc.)

Support for the communal room

Information about ongoing activities in the area (church, senior club, etc.)

Assistance in finding external care services (home nursing, meals on wheels, home help, etc.)

To enable the "Assisted Living" project, the basic package is mandatory for each person in the community. It cannot be waived optionally. The gross price will be provided upon request.

Infrastructure

Various local suppliers, restaurants, authorities, banks, and medical facilities are located in the immediate vicinity.

Due to the excellent location, you can utilize the city's outstanding infrastructure while also enjoying various cultural and recreational offerings. You can take a relaxing stroll in the spa park and enjoy the sun, as well as swim in the Römertherme Baden.
